英語会議のプレゼンと司会進行役のコツ【テンプレあり】

このような悩みを持つ方に向けて、英語会議でのプレゼンや司会進行役のコツを解説します。

僕は自分が英語が堪能だと思っていたのですが、2020年に英語プレゼンや会議の司会進行を任されるようになってからはかなり苦労しました。

1 on 1の専属講師をつけて徹底的にトレーニングしたおかげでかなりコツを掴むことができたので、そのノウハウをシェアします。

英語でミーティングを司会のコツ６選

プレゼンの前に、まずは司会のコツから紹介します。

1. ジョークを言う

ジョークを言って人笑いがとれると、緊張感がガラッと変わります。

2. 参加者の名前を覚える

皆の前で名前を間違えるのは失礼なので、事前に覚えておくことをおすすめします。

3. 雰囲気に気をつける（上機嫌でいる）

機嫌が悪く、不愛想な感じだと空気が悪くなってしまうので、気分を盛り上げていきます。

4. 笑顔＋はきはき話す

逆の状態をイメージしてみてください。

5. 参加者と交流する

英語で「Engage」と呼ばれていますが、他の参加者と積極的に交流するとよい雰囲気が生まれます。

6. とにかくThank youと言いまくる

とにかく「Thank you」という言葉を必要以上に言ってみてください。

ミーティングの流れ

ほとんどのミーティングは以下の流れで進むと思います。

• オープニングトーク
• メインコンテンツ（毎回異なる）
• クロージングトーク

オープニングトークの例

英語プレゼンのコツ

一般的なプレゼンテーションのノウハウの話をすると長くなるので、ここでは英語のプレゼンの練習のコツのみお伝えします。

アドリブやその場での適当なことを言う難易度が高い英語プレゼンにおいては、この４点は特に重要になります。

台本を用意する、練習する、に関しては説明不要だと思いますので、以下にテンプレと表現集を紹介します。
